woohoooo!!! yooofoooooo!!!

yipeee!!!! woah!!!
The day has finally arrived. I opened the letter box in the afternoon and found an envelope from

my condo management. Very often they sent letters, so i did not find anything wierd about this

one too...

When i got home, i opened it. To my uptmost surprise, it was a letter regarding a survey on

en-bloack sale for my condo... Damm happy, cos wanna move hse... Have been staying here for

almost 9 years... My dad has also been waiting for this day to arrive... We suspected got

en-block coming soon cos every week confirm got some housing agency wanna buy houses...

Got possibility to move hse liao... Cos our hse is just in front of the currently buiding circle line,

lorong chuan station... So market value will increase.

The letter was like saying our condo very old, got around 80 years or less left. Then market

value, capital and rental value also dropping. Blah, blah... Then say got several condos around

here very nice with good facilities.. then ours like lots of stuff keep spoiling... Either we have

en-block or must renovate the whole condo... Must renovate lots of stuff, like repainting & the

swimming pool e.t.c...

Then total cost of the whole renovation over 2 million... The dunno wad fund of our condo that

we give every month not enough to cover the total cost of the renovation. So if wanna renovate,

must pay more... Would u rather pay to renovate or sell then earn? The answer is quite

obvious!!! Hope to live in a landed property then renovate it a few years later... So i can ave a

dog and my mum can plant her fruit trees...haha=)
