Start off this post with monday. I had normal lessons until 12 pm where i had to go off for investiture to CRESCENT GALS!!! I was pretty excited because it was my first investiture. Brought my blazer, shirt, pants and tie. The shoes i was gg to wear was supposedly brought by john... But when i left my class at 12 to find him for the shoes, he was like"Oh shit!" then i thought, maybe he joking onli... then he told me that he really forgotten... My mind was like"!@#$%^@$^%#@$#$$%^@$!&^#$$%@@%^%$@%@%$#$(%^*)_&%^##!!!" Screw him man, y the hell did he forget to bring the shoes?! i cant go to investiture in white shoes and a blazer!!! i ran back to class and ask my chi teacher if she noe where or who got black shoes to spare? she told my classmate to go down to the Chinese Orchestra room to find, while i went to the SL room to look for a pair... After a while, my classmate told me dont ave and SL room doesnt seem to have even 1 pair... Out of desperate means, i ran up to the staff room and ask some teachers that i noe whether they have any pair to spare... Unfortuanately, none gave me a reply i wanted...
The time was 12.15... Had to reached crescent gals by 12.45... then i told philip who was gg with me not to worry cos usually investiture would start later than the pre-stated time cos got receptiom... then andrew came and gave us his hse keys so we could go his hse take his black shoes... After hearing this, i ran down to the toilet, took a bath cos i was very sweaty then changed and philip and i took a taxi down to andrew hse at near AMK... Dunno y, todae very bad luck... No black shoes, then philip lost his specs over the weekend... his degreee pretty high so he was like a blind guy walking... Reaching andrew hse, philip took the key and tried to open the padlock but couldnt(maybe cos he a bit blind), then i took the key and try and open the key... At first cannnot, then i wanted to climb over the gate cos we were in a rush liao... then the neighbour dog keep barking at us like we were some robbers.... the dog look like somekind of monster or beast with fur lor... very ugly...
After a while...
Alohamora, the door lock sprung open adn we rushed in to seach for the shoes... found it and left my white shoes there...opps... haha... told taxi uncle go to crescent gals next... then he said dunno where... luckily i noe its near redhill MRT... the time was 12.45... dammm... it was a race against time... ahhhh... tested the shoes in the taxi, it was quite big for my leg, but who cares, would u rather wear white shoes or this?
Reached redhill MRT, taxi fare: 13.90...stupid taxi company myst raise price.... so exp... then we chiong out, tried to look for directions at MRT but to no avail... ahhh... time:13.00... damm... desperartely, we took another cab and headed down to crescent gals... it was friggin near lor... taxi fare: 2.90... dont care... paid the fare and chiong out... went to the General OFFICE and ask for directions... the lady gave us crappy directions... so we anyhow walk... It was like so near yet so far... We were in the sch but dunno where to go... As it was a all galsch, it was damm odd for 2 bois walking in blazers at the sch lor... haha.. then we asked this teacher walking past... luckily she noe where... then we went to the hall... time:13.15... we were late for half an hr... then we saw 2 crescent gal SLs... put our bags and procceded to the hall after taking the souvienor... On our way there, i asked wad time the investiture staretd, they said it staretd at 12.45 on the dot... philip and i were like shocked... cos we tot it would strat at 1 or smth... nvm... went into the hall... Everyone looked at us cos we were like damm kate... then blah blah blah...
Found out that the souveinor which was water-based with glittery stuff inside was leaking... ahhh... dont care... then philip kepp asking me wad was gg on, cos we couldnt see...haha:) after the preformance item, we were lead out of the hall to makan... yea... i was damm hungry cos i dint eat my lunch... then philip said must interact, at least 1 numebr from crescent gals... Orders from colin tang, head of SLB... then we makan, but no one came to approach us... Several other sch the SLs already talking to us crescent gals ppl liao... then got this gal came ask ed us a few question, then zhao... Cos there was nothing else, we wanted to leave liao... Got this 2 SLs from crescent asked whether we wanted to leave, then we said okay...Took our bags and they walked us to the porch... The SL who was with me was called bernette(unique name), softballer... super tanned... we chatted until we reached the porch... The SL with philip was called Jermaine or Germaine... dunno lah... Choir... BEing the same CCA, they chatted quite alot...haha.. at the porch, it was crowded with crescent gals ppl... When we wanted to leave, philip was still talking while i was like stoning...haha... then philip asked for J/Germaine number...i spring into action and asked bernette her number... haha... Her numebr was 9*******... haha:) cannot say... This ended with a handshake started from me... haha... then we left...
All in all, the investiture of Crescent Gals was pretty simple like ours... Short and Sweet, but if can have more activities like games, it would make the investiture much more interesting... Imagine, u from bishan go all the way to tanglin in taxi... Total journey time: 1/2 hr... then time at the place: 3/4 hr... very short... but since it was my !st investiture, i found it pretty enjoyable... haha...
Went back to sch, found the pool room in extreme mess, so cleaned it up myself... after a while, andrew, philip and perry with 1 arm currently not in used, came to help... Then went back home in the super hot long sleeve shirt and pants,my white shoes in andrew hse...Dont expect me to wear a pair of black leather shoes in sch uni... haha:)
