todae our whole sch went for some learning journey trip. Diff places for diff secs... but sec 2s went for the battlefield tour where we visited places of war memorial... Some parts quite boring but others are pretty interesting... We went to this place, forgot wad it was called... but it means opium in malay... it was said that the malay regiment stayed there during the Second World War!!! then to labrador park... got some tunnels... pretty fun...haha=p then we went to kranji war cemetry where soldiers who fought for the war and family members who died during WW2 were remembered there... there are like 24 thousand names on the walls at the cemetry and 4 thousand plus ppl buried there... those soldiers whose bodies could not be found had their names carved on the walls... Can u imagine? 24 thousand ppl... Quite sad... After which, we had a ceremony to pay respect for the people who fought in WW2... then everyone at attention and it was all silent..a solemm and sad ceremony to remember and give the greatest honour to those who fought... then got 2 ppl, 1 blow the trumpet: Last Post, a song said to be played for those who died at the war... and another person blow the bagpipe:Amazing Grace, just a small part of it...aft that we went back to sch... then mr t talk some homecoming stuff but i need to rush off to MSHS to help out my teacher in his climbing club... MSHS primary was my primary sch... so i noe the boys and teachers...

aft gg thru this trip, i found out that without these men, soliders and ppl fighting for our country last time against the Japanese, i dunno whether s'pore will be like now s'pore is... Let's all remember about the people fighting i will end with this phrase. THEY DIED FOR ALL FREE MEN
